Late 2012 as an entrepreneur I bought my first house at Joos Banckersplantsoen in Amsterdam West. Since it was still a financial crisis everyone advise me to not go through with it. All I saw was a good opportunity and to take advantage of it. I succeeded buying a nice apartment for a 36.000 below asking price. Only few years later when the market was up I saw an opportunity to sell the house to buy back a penthouse on the other side of Amsterdam in a new upcoming area. I sold that apartment for huge price and got 32.000 over asking price as well. I did this without any real estate agent because I know my sales skills as being entrepreneur. In beginning of 2018 I got the keys of my newly build penthouse. Late 2018 I sold my then company I ran for 10 years straight. It was then I started to think what will I do now. It took some time and then I realized I was quite successful with real estate.

I noticed I could read the markets quite well as well as see the potential when selling. I also really like to be in contact with people as well as improve and fix stuff. This combination let’s me see low hanging fruits when it comes to selling a house. Minor adjustments, fixing and adding details make a huge difference in the results of selling a house.
